STORYLORE REGISTRATION FORM

An independent group experience for preschools  3 1/2 and up.
Groups of preschoolers follow their storyteller to a land of stories, songs and movements for 30 fun-filled minutes.

Please register each child and program separately.

Note: Form must be completed in full.
