Monday, September 8th - Thursday, May 21st

Get in the Zone and sign up for a week of themed activities!
The Zone will be closed for school holidays and vacations.

September 8-11
Library Idol
Have you always thought you were a star?  Well here's your chance to prove it!  Chose from a selection of karaoke songs and put on the performance of a lifetime.  Join us and find out who will be the first Library Idol!

September 15-18
You Can Do Magic!

Have you always dreamed of being a magician like David Copperfield?  Then come to the Zone!  On Monday, watch a magic show performed by one of our very own Lakewood Public Library magicians.  The rest of the week you will learn the secrets behind the tricks and have the opportunity to practice them.  Plus, you will make your very own magic wand!

September 22-25
Kids Concoctions

Join us for a week of mixing, concocting, and creating.  We will be making all kinds of crafts, homemade dough, clay and even sidewalk chalk and silly putty.

September 29 - October 2
A Week at the Museums

Join us to find out about museums in the Greater Cleveland area.  All week long the crafts and activities will be related to what you learn at local museums.  Come make a shoe-box art museum.  Play Local Museum Bingo.  Try your skill at a game of Frozen Statues.  Study ocean animals and aquariums.  Instead of a "Night at the Museum", spend a week exploring what museums have to offer.
