of Address and Phone Numbers
Please notify the office of any changes
in residence or phone numbers, at home and at work. We need emergency
numbers in case your child becomes ill during the school day. When your
residence or phone number changes, please supply us with a copy of your utility/phone
bill so we may update your child’s permanent record folder.
