NOTICE OF MEETING
FINANCE COMMITTEE
The Finance Committee will meet Monday, October 6, 2008 at 6:00 PM in the Jury Room of Lakewood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio to discuss the following:
Communication from Finance Director Pae regarding Adding $27,000 to Contracting Authority with corresponding ordinance:
PROPOSED ORDINANCE 98-07D – Authorizing increase in contracting authority of $10,000 for Engineering Consultant (to perform consulting services for Engineering; Streets, Sewer and Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Departments) $17,000 for Website Design (1st Read 9/15/08)
*PLEASE NOTE: A Substitute Ordinance for PROPOSED ORDINANCE 98-07D is expected to address a substantial change in Road Salt contracting authority as well as additional increases and decreases in other line items.

The Committee of the Whole will meet Monday, October 6, 2008 at 6:30 PM in the Jury Room of Lakewood City Hall at 12650 Detroit Avenue. The agenda consists of the following:
- RESOLUTION NO. 8283-08 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it received the affirmative vote of at least five (5) members elected to Council otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, to appoint _________________ as a member of the Animal Safety and Advisory Board for a one-year term, ending December 31, 2009.
