No more than three (3) satellite dishes can be placed on a multi-family
lot or a property used for commercial or industrial use. |

Yes, no antenna or satellite dish shall project
more than twelve (12) feet above the highest point of the roof of the principle

The maximum length or diameter of any satellite
dish or antenna (exclusive of structural supports) shall not exceed twelve
(12) feet. |

Are there any restrictions on the construction

Yes it needs to withstand wind loads of:
- Eighty-five (85) miles per hour when located on a lot north of the
center line of Lake Avenue
- Seventy (70) miles per hour when located on any other lot within
the city.
- Engineer drawing may be needed to verify wind loads.

(receive-only) satellite dish / receiving antenna which:
- Is six (6) feet or less in diameter and is, or is proposed to be,
located in any commercial or industrial district.
- Or is three (3) feet or less in diameter for a residential district.
