Principal's Message: HAVE A WONDERFUL SUMMER VACATION!!!
Mr. Gleichauf District Message: Lakewood Schools Facilities Plan Moving Forward!Work on Phase 1 of the Lakewood School District’s Facilities plan is drawing to completion, with the upcoming openings of two new middle school buildings and two new elementary school buildings. The project is on time and on budget, and our community can already see improvements this project is bringing to Lakewood. Now, it’s time for Phase 2. A bond issue will appear on the ballot this May 8th or approval by Lakewood voters to fund the next round of renovations to our schools, all part of the original volunteer Lakewood voters to fund the next round of renovations to our schools, all part of the original Facilities Plan put together by the Designing or Next 50 Years Committee, a group of volunteer Lakewood residents. These critical renovations and improvements will enhance education in Lakewood’s Schools with better classrooms, science labs, teaching facilities and learning opportunities. They will keep our neighborhoods strong, since better schools mean a stronger Lakewood for every home owner. |
